I have faced PTSD over the years, including experiences related to identifying my two nephews as an off duty officer at the Oklahoma City Bombing, the Capitol Breach, and a terrorist attack in which a brother was lost. IN 2024, I connected with Greg, which truly helped me. We both attended Macomb High School in the eighties. A follow-up visit to Shawnee during a Finishing the Call seminar, actually saved me.
When I lost my son, Russell in a medical helicopter crash, Greg was instrumental with helping to understand the grieving process and the characteristics of PTSD and how to understand my new mission in life. He also welcomed as a family representative for the responder and veterans support group.
